People wonder what vegetarian's eat, especially while traveling... Well, this is what I eat. :D I ate like a true cowgirl. I was still in Marble Falls. This diner was tasty. They specialized in pie though... Eew, pie. Oh, I eat like a pig too. I think I packed away enough food for a few people. It was painful, stopping to take a picture... I could have devoured my plate easily in that 20 seconds!
